I am a native Houstonian with a bachelor’s in Marketing from Baylor University, sic ‘em bears! I began my career as the Social Media Manager at Hennessey Performance, where I developed new strategies and grew their account from 300K to over 2.0M in two years! I found a deeper passion for social media and overall business growth, so I decided to use my social media knowledge to help other businesses succeed. This is why I started Roys Digital Media, the best comprehensive solution for all social media and marketing needs! I am overjoyed by the growth we have accomplished in the past two years and am so grateful and excited to see where my business will go in the future! Let’s create excitement together!

I am from the great city of Houston and a proud Aggie! My wife, Emma, and I have been married for four years and couldn’t be happier! Together we started Roys Digital Media back in 2020 and have built the establishment we have today through hard work, dedication, and faith. I couldn’t be more proud of all we have accomplished together and the places we will go in the future. As COO of Roys Digital Media, I have great plans for the success of the company and all of its endeavors! We couldn’t be more excited to be working with such amazing clients and our wonderful dream team. We have no plans of slowing down and can only look forward as this company grows and becomes more successful. Let’s build something amazing!

Director of Operations

I am a native Houstonian but now live in Austin, Texas, where I work as the Director of Operations for Roys Digital Media. I obtained my degree in Supply Chain Management from Baylor University in 2017 and decided to move abroad for a year after college! It was in Europe that I discovered the power of social media & marketing and began my career in the field. Beyond work, I spend my time in the kitchen, hanging with friends, or spending time in nature! It is an honor to be on the RDM team and I look forward to its very bright future!

I was born and raised in Houston, TX, and earned my Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas State University, graduating magna cum laude. After starting my career in corporate marketing, I quickly discovered my passion for creative work. This led me to dive into the world of content creation and social media, where I’ve continually honed my skills. I love good food & drinks, and in my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends & family and, of course, cuddling my pups! I’m thrilled to be a part of the bright future at Roys Digital Media!

With over 4 years of digital marketing and social media management experience, I planted my roots in Houston after receiving my degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Houston. Combining my passion for art with the dynamic world of marketing, I see it as more than just a job—it's a way to immerse myself in storytelling and craft compelling brand identities that deeply resonate with consumers. I'm proud to be a part of the exceptional team at Roys Digital Media collaborating with a talented team who share my enthusiasm. Beyond work, I'm an avid painter, self-proclaimed espresso martini connoisseur, and proud dog mom to my rescue, Skipper.

A Houston native through and through, I found my way back home after studying corporate communications with a minor in business at the University of Texas at Austin. Throughout my journey, I've always had a love for all things social media and marketing, and I'm thrilled to be in a position that allows me to continue pursuing that passion. Beyond my professional pursuits, I proudly embrace the title of "dog mom" to Ricky, my Golden Retriever. From the great city of Houston, I took a short detour to Austin, TX where I studied Public Relations at the University of Texas. As a former UT cheerleader turned social media addict, I thrive on crafting engaging and unique content that brings a brand to life. My favorite thing about social media is the authentic connections and shared experiences that come from sharing trendy and informative content to connect with a community. This is the energy I'm thrilled to bring to RDM as I learn from the team’s viral social moments! Outside of work, you'll find me fueling my creativity by hanging out with friends, staying active, and hopping on the pickleball bandwagon. I'm beyond excited to join the team and can’t wait to see what we can create together!

With a passion for all things creative, I’ve spent years honing my skills in video and photo editing—starting way back with Videostar at 11 years old! Now, as a proud content creator at Roys Digital Media, I get to channel my love for crafting engaging content that tells a story and connects with an audience. Whether it’s freelance photography or editing Instagram posts for my friends, content creation has always been my playground. When I’m not behind a phone screen, you’ll find me exploring the best Tex-Mex spots, hitting up concerts, or traveling to visit friends. I’m excited to bring my creativity and energy to the RDM team and see what amazing things we can create together!

Born in the vibrant coastal city of Lima, Peru, I moved to the United States in 2004 and embraced Texas as my second home. My passion for Marketing and Digital Media was sparked at a young age, fueled by a desire to tell compelling stories and elevate brands through creative content.
I earned an Associate’s degree in Communications and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, blending academic knowledge with hands-on experience in the dynamic world of digital media. Since beginning my career at Roy’s Digital Media in 2021, I’ve honed a diverse skill set that includes social media management, content creation, photography, and videography. These experiences have empowered me to deliver impactful, high-quality work that connects brands with their audiences.
With five years of digital marketing experience, I’m constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to innovate. Born and raised in Mississippi, I earned my degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising with a minor in Marketing and Business Administration at Mississippi State University. My career journey took off in Dallas, Texas, where I dove into social media marketing, creating and managing accounts locally and in different states, as well as managing influencer partnerships.Now based in Houston, Texas, I’m continuing my love for all things social media and marketing. This ever-evolving field has been a constant source of inspiration and creativity in my life, and I feel so fortunate to be in a role that lets me pursue this passion every day.When I’m not working, you can usually find me spending time with my husband, trying out new restaurants, or enjoying walks around the city. I thrive on learning about new companies and brands and utilizing my skills to create compelling content through the lens. In my free time, I engage in wedding photography alongside my wife and enjoy exploring the outdoors.

Director of Adorableness

Recently adopted by my loving parents, Emma and Alex, I spend my time around the office doing what a labor-doodle is best at, being ADORABLE! I love getting to be by my mom’s side every day as she is hard at work! I enjoy going on adventures with my parents, barking at squirrels, meeting new friends, and cuddling! In my role as Director of Adorableness at Roys Digital Media, I strive to bring cuteness, warmth, and love to all my team members throughout the week! My five-year goal is to master sneaking into the trash without Dad catching me and become the CAO - Chief Adorable Officer! WOOF!
