We are thrilled to celebrate work anniversaries for three incredible team members. Jillian, our Marketing Strategist & Web Designer, has been with RDM for three years, consistently delivering innovative designs and strategic insights. Kaitlyn, our Marketing Director, has been with us for two years, leading our marketing efforts with unparalleled dedication and insanely good project management skills. Sarah, our Social Media Manager, celebrates her first year at RDM, bringing fresh ideas and a vibrant energy to our social media strategies. We are immensely grateful for their contributions and are so happy to have them as part of our RDM family!

Jillian’s Story: From the wonderfully diverse city of Houston, I have been surrounded by art and culture my entire life. I received my bachelor’s in Marketing - Advertising Strategy from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School, where I graduated magna cum laude. I’ve had an eye for design since I was a kid and have been exploring and developing my creativity through a multitude of channels ever since. I began my career at Roys Digital Media in 2021 and have immersed myself in web design, graphic design, and brand development in my role here. I am passionate about my career for I get to use my creativity in new ways every day. I find beauty in marketing & advertising for its power to influence others through the communication of ideas, concepts, and beliefs. Let’s create!
Favorite part about working at RDM: “My favorite part about the job is getting to transform brands and see my designs and contributions benefit their businesses.”
Kaitlyn’s Story: I am a native Houstonian but now live in Austin, Texas, where I work as the Marketing Director for Roys Digital Media. I obtained my degree in Supply Chain Management from Baylor University in 2017 and decided to move abroad for a year after college! It was in Europe that I discovered the power of social media & marketing and began my career in the field. Beyond work, I spend my time in the kitchen, hanging with friends, or spending time in nature! It is an honor to be on the RDM team and I look forward to its very bright future!
Favorite part about working at RDM: “My favorite part of working at RDM is getting to be in the day-to-day with the team. I love helping out, coaching, and strategizing with them on how to further push the success of their accounts.”
Sarah’s Story: With over 4 years of digital marketing and social media management experience, I planted my roots in Houston after receiving my degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Houston. Combining my passion for art with the dynamic world of marketing, I see it as more than just a job—it's a way to immerse myself in storytelling and craft compelling brand identities that deeply resonate with consumers. I'm proud to be a part of the exceptional team at Roys Digital Media, collaborating with a talented team who share my enthusiasm. Beyond work, I'm an avid painter, self-proclaimed espresso martini connoisseur, and proud dog mom to my rescue, Skipper.
