It’s hard to believe, but RDM is officially 4 years old! What started as a small digital media agency has evolved into something truly remarkable, and we couldn’t be prouder of the journey so far. From onboarding new clients to expanding our team and hitting major milestones, the growth has been nothing short of amazing—and we’re just getting started.
Our CEO, Emma, shared a heartfelt message to mark the occasion:

A Year of Major Growth
This year has been one of our most exciting yet. In the past few months alone, we’ve onboarded 14 new clients, bringing fresh energy and exciting projects to the table. To support this growth, we’ve also welcomed 5 new team members—each bringing their unique skills and talents to the mix.
But that’s not all. Two babies are on the way! Both our CEO, Emma, and our Director of Operations, Kaitlyn, are expecting, making the RDM family even bigger. It’s been a whirlwind of growth, both professionally and personally, and we couldn’t be more thrilled.

It’s incredible to think that our community has grown so large, and we are beyond grateful for each and every one of you.
